Please find the attached draft minutes of the February 12th VMHB Board meeting.
Attached are reports of the Property Manager, Finance Committee, Rules & Regulations Committee, and Welcome Committee referred to in the draft minutes.
Please note the Board's approval of a policy prohibiting smoking in common areas and within fifteen feet of the entrances to the Clubhouse and the Mid-Rise buildings.
In the future, the Board intends to move towards the use of the Village Website as the vehicle for circulation of agendas, minutes and other documents and information pertaining to the Village. Residents who have not done so are urged to register on the Village Website, at villagemhb.com
