Village Residents,
As of this morning tropical depression Arthur has strengthened into a tropical storm. The storm is currently off the coast of Florida and is forecast to move up the East coast over the next few days. The storm is expected to reach category 1 hurricane strength on Thursday. NOAA Hurricane Center predictions are currently showing the path to move east of New England early Saturday morning. These are only long range forecasts at this time. Even with the storm moving to the east this could still cause signification rain and wind along the south coast of New England. All residents of the association should plan for some wind and rain at minimum.
Management will be monitoring the storm updates and projected path over the coming days. I will update all residents as needed.
