Midrise: Window Replacement Request From Manufacturer‏

Management has been contacted by MBF Windows the manufacturer of the windows in the both midrise buildings. MBF has requested serial numbers from the windows that have failed and needing replacement.

 

Serial numbers for individual window glass is located between the sheets of glass on each window. I have attached a photo of what a serial number looks like. Not all windows have serial numbers. Some will only state the glass manufacturers name and the date the glass was made. 

 

Please forward this information to the office so I can get it to the glass company as soon as possible to start the replacement process. Please also include if the failed glass has muntins or not. Muntins are the internal framing which simulates divided windows. (photo attached)
