At it April 12 meeting, the Board of Directors approved hiring William Starck Architects, Inc. to be the Construction Observer representing the Association in monitoring the construction of new units at the Village at Mount Hope Bay. As noted in the attached summary of Operational Procedures, the Construction Observer will now be the single point of contact between the Association and the Developer.
This arrangement is advantageous to both the Association and the Developer, and the cooperation of all owners, guests and renters is essential to secure the Association’s goals.
