These materials may be found on the Village web site (villagemhb.com) under the heading "Board of Directors", under the subtopic headings "Agendas", Minutes" and "Other Supplemental Documents" respectively.
Other reports received in advance of the Board meeting, if any, will be posted on the web site when received.
