Dear Homeowners,
It has been two years from the last required inspection and cleaning of all dryer vents on the property. All homeowners are required to have their dryer vents inspected and or cleaned by the end of this year.
Please review the attached Dryer Vent Maintenance Policy adopted by the Board in 2013. Should you have any questions please contact the office.
